Internship Program
Gain valuable experience.
Start Your Career
Northwest offers an 8-week internship program that provides on the job training, corporate experience, and challenging projects to help prepare you for your professional career. Our interns will work on projects that will contribute to the continued success of the credit union.
Our interns participate in weekly Lunch and Learn session where they interact with our leadership team and have the opportunity to learn about the different departments throughout the credit union. Interns will also learn skills that will help them achieve their career goals and will participate in a community service project with one of our Community Partners.
We’ve partnered with George Mason University which allows some students to receive college credit for their participation in our internship program. To see if you qualify for college credit, please email recruitment@nwfcu.org.
Our summer internship opportunities are located at our corporate office in Herndon, Virginia.
