Our Emerging Professionals Program aims to shape the future of our organization and industry by focusing on employee leadership, education, and community involvement. The Emerging Professionals group hosts monthly events focused on career development, financial education, peer networking, and community engagement. These events aim to develop well-rounded industry professionals by offering expert panels, intentional workshops, fun social gatherings, and group volunteer opportunities.

Emerging leaders at the credit union can earn the Emerging Professional Certification which is endorsed by Northwest Federal Credit Union and the Virginia Credit Union League.
